IAM Yoga Nidra is a simple, yet profound meditation experience that uses a combination of breath, body awareness, and visualization techniques that help restore the body/mind complex. Scientific studies have shown it to reduce stress, improve sleep, and change your relationship with your thinking in constructive ways.

 

Assisted postures

All experiences are catalogued in the body mind complex. To truly release holding in the body it is necessary to tap into deeply held tension in the muscles and fascia. 

Breathwork

Every physical, mental, and emotional state has a breathing pattern. To change the pattern, change the breath. As a stand-alone practice, attentiveness to the breathing has transformative effects on the body mind complex, most significantly in retraining the body to engage the relaxation response.
